Interim operational notice — pending legal review. Not a substitute for counsel-approved policy documents.

IvoryCloud HRIS processes employee and candidate information needed to run HR operations: identity (via Microsoft Entra ID), employment records, documents, and related workflow data.

Data is stored in IvoryCloud-controlled systems (application database and private blob storage). Access is role-scoped and audited. Profile photos and documents are not publicly addressable.
