Access process
Interim operational notice — pending legal review. Not a substitute for counsel-approved policy documents.
Employees. Sign in with your IvoryCloud Microsoft account. Your HRIS roles and employee record must already exist in the system; Entra identity alone is not sufficient.
New hires / candidates. Pre-start access is provisioned by HR (invitation and employee record). Use the Microsoft invitation redeem link if provided, then return here to sign in.
Not provisioned.If sign-in succeeds but you see a "not provisioned" screen, contact HR to link your Microsoft account to your employee record. Do not share accounts.
Support. HR for people and access requests; platform / HIVE Lab for outages and technical failures.
